This Agreement governs your use of www.AbilTo.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you decide not to agree to the terms and conditions discussed herein, you may not use the Site.
The Parties
Throughout this Agreement, the words “AbilTo”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean, collectively, AbilTo, Inc., a New York based company and its successors or assigns. “AbilTo.com” means this website that is owned and operated by AbilTo. “You” or “your ” mean you, the individual who is using the Site.
Privacy & Confidentiality
All email, contact information and the contents of unsolicited communications will be treated as confidential, subject to regulatory requirements applicable to licensed professionals, but do not constitute a client relationship. Should you become a client, AbilTo will provide you with a separate and program specific Privacy and Confidentiality agreement.
Limitation Of Liability
Neither AbilTo, its affiliated companies, its vendors or suppliers, nor any of their respective members, managers, officers, directors or employees, nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the services to you is liable for (i) any incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages of any kind.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of New York. The parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State and Federal Courts located in New York.
Therapy Services
Therapy services are provided by independent therapists duly licensed to provide mental health services by applicable licensing authorities.
