Overview A review was performed of 26 cases using cognitive based therapy approach.
Abstract The chapter reviews 26 cases that use the cognitive therapy approach in the treatment of ADHD for individuals of different ages with ADHD. Doctors believe that cognitive therapy can help patients identify their problems and use coaching to correct them. The results were that 69 percent of the patients were grouped as much or very much improved. While cognitive therapy research is limited, studies that have been done show promising results.
