We dedicate an expert team – consisting of a transition specialist and behavioral coach – to each Momentum participant. Over the course of the program, the same specialist and coach meet individually each week with the program participant.

What is a transition specialist?
All AbilTo transition specialists are licensed therapists. They are specially trained to help participants understand and adopt new behaviors that critical to finding practical work-life balance.
What is a behavioral coach?
Behavioral coaches are specially trained to assist participants apply and develop useful new skills that are crucial to successful career returns.
What is the advantage of working with a team?
The specialist-coach collaboration delivers expert transition resources to new parents precisely when they need it the most. The result is more progress in less time – benefitting both participants and their employers.

During Family Leave
A successful transition back to career begins during family leave. That’s why Momentum begins preparing new parents for upcoming challenges 4 weeks prior to the return date.
Career Return
The Momentum team helps program participants to manage and overcome work reentry issues that might otherwise make the transition more difficult.
Work-Life Balance
Program participants work with their dedicated team for up to four weeks after their career returns – enough time to discover the foundation of work-life balance.
