Audrey Curran, Ph.D.

Dr. Misri is the founder and director of Reproductive Mental Health at both St. Paul’s Hospital and BC Women’s Hospital & Health Centre in Vancouver, and Clinical Professor of Psychiatry and Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of British Columbia, Canada. She publishes extensively in scientific journals, has written two books, including Pregnancy Blues (2005) and Shouldn’t I Be Happy? (1995), and appears regularly on radio and television.
Dr. Shari I. Lusskin, MD
Dr. Lusskin is Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry, Obstetrics, and Gynecology at New York University School of Medicine / NYU Langone Medical Center, where she founded the Reproductive Psychiatry Program and is an Adjunct Associate Professor at The Mount Sinai School of Medicine. She has co-authored the chapters on perinatal psychiatric disorders in UpToDate and is a frequent reviewer for scientific journals. In addition, Dr. Lusskin is Director of Psychopharmacologic Agents for the Reproductive Toxicology Center, which operates Reprotox®, and is a member of the President’s Advisory Board for Postpartum Support International.
Patrick L. Kerr, Ph.D.
Patrick L. Kerr, Ph.D., received his doctoral degree from the University of North Dakota in 2008. He is an Assistant Professor and licensed psychologist in the Department of Behavioral Medicine and Psychiatry at West Virginia University School of Medicine-Charleston Division, where he completed his internship training. His current clinical practice includes individual and group outpatient psychotherapy with adults and adolescents. He is the director of the department’s Dialectical Behavior Therapy Services program, as well as the director of the department’s Self-Injury, Suicidality, and Emotion Regulation Research (SISTERR) Program, in which he supervises the research of psychology interns, psychiatry residents, and medical students. His clinical and research interests include non-suicidal self-injury, suicidality, emotional regulation, health-risk behaviors, the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, and severe mental illnesses.
